Small World

Dome d’Ombre create shadow theatre and light installations. Our name derives from the portable dome where our varied skills converge.

Light and shadow, sound and animation transform simple objects and materials into the beautiful and curious. Discoveries are made, tales and journeys unfold.

Through our site sensitive performances and installations we encourage young and new audiences to engage with creative ideas and their surroundings

Core artists within the collective are:
Viv Mousdell: sculptor, puppeteer, installation artist
Jane Robinson: theatre designer, choreographer
Simon Verhoef: composer and animator
Kate Rider: visual and community artist
Bill Hearnshaw: musician, technician, web dev
